Western Offers Technologies and Techniques for Earth and Space Exploration Short Course

Western University’s Centre for Planetary Science and Exploration will once again be offering its annual short course late this summer from September 2 to the 8th with this years theme being “Technologies and Techniques for Earth and Space Exploration”.

According to Professor Gordon Osinski the course is “suitable for graduate students, advanced undergraduate students and professionals from industry and government.” Students from Ontario can take this course for credit.

Topics to be covered include origin of the solar system and planet formation, planetary interiors, planetary surfaces, astromaterials, planetary atmospheres, astrobiology and exoplanets.
