The Department of National Defence just announced that Defence Minister Harjit S. Sajjan will make an announcement tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. EDT (11:30 a.m. PDT) at MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. headquarters in Richmond, BC.
